🧡 June is Spinal Health Month 🧡
This month, we’re joining the Australian Chiropractors Association in supporting the Healthy Spine, Healthy Mind campaign.
Many people think of back pain as purely physical, but it can affect much more than movement alone. It can influence how we sleep, our energy levels, stress, confidence, and overall quality of life.
Modern life places a lot of demand on the body.
Long workdays.
Busy family schedules
Hours spent at screens
Stress
Reduced recovery time.
Our time, these demands can add up and many people notice this through headaches, tension, stiffness, fatigue, and back discomfort.
Throughout June, we’ll be sharing practical tips, movement advice, healthy habits and education around supporting spinal health and overall wellbeing through every stage of life.
Over the next 4 weeks we’ll be exploring:
🧠 Mental health and Back pain
💻 Work-related Back Pain
🧑🧑🧒🧒 Families and Back Pain
🚶♂️Healthy Ageing and Movement
At Stirling Health Professionals, we believe movement matters.
Whether it’s chiropractic, physiotherapy, massage, exercise, recovery or simply helping people better understand their bodies, our goal is to support healthier movement and wellbeing for our community.
Because a healthy spine supports a healthy mind.

Movement is a big part of how kids learn about their body.
Through play, sport, and everyday activity, they're building coordination, balance, and confidence - often without even realising it.
But with more time spent sitting at school or on devices, some kids aren't moving as freely as they used to.
Sometimes it's subtle...
Less interest in activity
A bit more clumsiness
Or just something that feels a little different
It doesn't always mean something is wrong - but it can be helpful to understand what's going on.
That's where having your child's movement checked can provide clarity.
We look at how your child is moving, adapting, and developing - and guide you with simple ways to support them as they grow.
💭 If you've been wondering "is this normal?" Or have noticed changes in how your child moves, this is often a great time to book a check in.
