From Within Physiotherapy

After 6 months, 64 cities/towns visited, 49 beds and endless memories made, our phenomenal adventure has just about come to an end 🥲 what an incredible time we’ve had.

This time off has given me the space to reflect and once again, I’m reminded how much I love what I do for work and how lucky I am to be able to help people to get out of pain and get back to living life as their best and strongest selves. 🙌🏾 I love that I work so holistically and am able to support my clients in every aspect of their lives- far beyond just the physical 💪🏽

The reason I left my amazing little life in Aus behind was to see the world and to learn as much as I can from people that are ahead of me in the world of health, community and business. As much I have absolutely LOVED having From Within Physio in Perth over the last 5 years, working alone makes it hard to learn from others, gain feedback and collaborate which are things that I truly value 🙏🏽

Something very very exciting is in the works for this new stage of my career and I can’t wait to share more with you soon 🤍

Urja has returned from an incredible week of learning, moving and connecting in Bali with 🙌🏾 🏝

It was so great to upskill my knowledge of movement, the body, what we are capable of, as well as implementing solid recovery (mainly massages and coconuts 🥥😂). To have a week to dial into my body, get out of the busyness of the mind and give back to me was so needed and valued.

Each day we trained for 4-6 hours with a mixture of handstands, locomotion, mobility, arm balance, strength and many other practices. Looking forward to another camp soon and to share this knowledge with my clients too ✨
