Chair Yoga and Mindful Movement Join experienced Chair Yoga Teacher Suzanne for sessions that will incorporate yoga poses and movements from the comfort of a being in a chair.

I just wanted to say 'Hello' as it's been quite a while 😀 I'm not on social media very often these days, due to family commitments, but I wanted to let you know I'm still teaching accessible chair yoga every week in various locations 😀

Mondays - West Perth 9:45AM
- Dianella 11:30AM & 1PM
Tuesday's- Kalamunda 9AM & 10:15AM
Wednesday's- Inglewood 10AM
