A little recap of an amazing time with my little sister visiting us in Perth.

We were out and about every day so I didn’t eat as healthy as I normally do and that’s ok.

In the past, I used to feel like I had to go on a strict diet to make up for a few indulgences. And this would turn into a frustrating diet roller coaster.

Now I feel at peace knowing that it doesn’t have to be perfect. That it’s all about balance. That it’s all about what I do the majority of the time. And the best thing is that having this mindset enables me to easily get back into healthy eating.

We deserve to be able to enjoy food, without guilt, without regrets πŸ’š

Enjoying food with the people you love is one of the best things you can do for your health & happiness.
