A little recap of an amazing time with my little sister visiting us in Perth.

We were out and about every day so I didnβt eat as healthy as I normally do and thatβs ok.
In the past, I used to feel like I had to go on a strict diet to make up for a few indulgences. And this would turn into a frustrating diet roller coaster.
Now I feel at peace knowing that it doesnβt have to be perfect. That itβs all about balance. That itβs all about what I do the majority of the time. And the best thing is that having this mindset enables me to easily get back into healthy eating.
We deserve to be able to enjoy food, without guilt, without regrets π
