Shen ✨ A Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) term that is roughly translated as the Spirit, or the “presence” of an individual, as well as the desire to live life ✨
Serenity ✨ is anonymous to feeling at ease, relaxed and the feeling and state of being calm ✨
In TCM, a serene and calm spirit leads to a free flow of energy, meaning their will be no stagnation, ultimately no pain.
It is my aim and special interest as a current TCM student to help people feel at ease and have a free flow of energy. As well as to ultimately move the stagnation that causing them muscular pain by utilising the wisdom of TCM methodologies such as flame cupping, and tuina and aroma massage 🤲
