For years, I felt lost and stuck in the routine of being a mum. I gave everything to my family for the last 15 - 25 years - so much so that I forgot who I was. Every day felt the same, and I started to wonder, “Is this it?”

Then, slowly but surely, I began to rediscover myself. It wasn’t easy. There were tears, moments of doubt, and lots of trial and error. But now, I am finally starting to live with purpose and fulfillment. And that’s why I’m creating this space - because I know how lonely it can feel when you’re lost.

It’s about rediscovering who you truly are. It’s about thriving, not just surviving. I want to invite you to join me on this journey and together we will come out of 2025 full of purpose and fulfillment.

𝐇𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐲! It’s been a while, so let’s reintroduce ourselves.

For those of you who are new here—or have been around since my FIFO partner days—I’m Laura, and I’m so excited to reconnect with you!

Over the past few months, my journey has evolved. After experiencing my own struggles with feeling stuck and unsure of who I was beyond the roles I play, I realised something BIG: so many of us mums are facing the same challenge.

Our kids are growing more independent, but somehow, we still feel like we’ve lost parts of ourselves along the way.

𝐍𝐨𝐰, 𝐦𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞:I’m here to help mums of teenagers/young adults rediscover themselves, reclaim their identity, and find joy, fulfillment, and purpose—one day at a time.

I believe 2025 can be the year we all rediscover who we truly are—and I’d love for you to join me on this journey!
