This week is BPD Awareness Week. Borderline Personality Disorder affects approx 4% of Australians, it is a mental illness that is often misunderstood. Many individuals with this diagnosis struggle with regulating their emotions which can cause issues for them in their relationships and school/work. BPD is treatable; many individuals find learning about the condition and entering therapy (i.e. DBT) can be very helpful!
