Custom full day course for therapists and Health Care 2 Refresher.

This course will review theory regarding WHS and the latest relevant Australian standards, and Codes of Practice, particularly addressing the impact for therapists.

Coverage of transfers ranging from:

Folding wheelchairs in and out of car and boots

Assistance in walking

Getting up from a fall

Client in and out of a car

Ly to sit on side of bed

Hoisting (full and standing including hoisting from the floor

Bed mobility- use of slide sheets for up the bed, across bed

Slide sheet uses - wheelchair, bed, positioning slings etc

Time: 830-430pm

Cost: $264 per participant. Payment can be taken on the day or by invoice
