Sprinting is one of the fundamental movements that a human should be able to do. It also functions as a great diagnostic tool. A human that moves well, will generally function well. IF you know what to look for, a GAIT cycle can be a fantastic predictor of strength vs weakness, imbalances and a compass for what needs to improve.

There are so many supplements out there, how do you know what to take!?
The answer is both simple and complex. The simplicity of it is that you need to supplement what your not getting from your diet. The complexity is figuring out what impact the environment has on your body, which dictates your needs.
An example I like is magnesium. The place in your body that has the highest absorption of magnesium is the soles of the feet. Yet how many hours of the day are you barefoot and in contact with the earth? At a guess for most of us, not even close to 1.
