So excited to announce an official booking page!! Tap on โBook Nowโ in our bio to reserve your spot for the free shuttle run services, we will try our best to host one session every two weeks. Our next session is October 10 at 9:00am, please RSVP using the booking site!!
There is also booking options for independent personal training sessions to prep specifically for your upcoming tests. Please DM us if you donโt see any dates/times that work with your availability and we will try to accommodate. All sessions are conducted outdoors for the time being so they are weather dependent.

In order for you to improve at running, you have to give your muscles time to recover. Since running is a high intensity exercise, you have the potential to over-train and do damage to your body. For most beginner runners, it is recommended to run three to four days a week on alternating days!
