Someone emailed me today asking if I accept clients on GLP-1’s?..

Well, of course!

Why would I refuse help to someone who is willing to take responsibility over her health, nourish and support the root causes, with or without medication?

My job is to help and support, not judge. ❤️

If anything, I wish someone was out there 20 years ago telling girls they don’t have to be on restrictive diets to look fit and metabolically healthy (even if it wasn’t in their gene pool) and that proper nourishment and regular meals can do the job - that would have protected me from losing half my hair and having menopausal symptoms at 34!
