Tam Anh General Hospital, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has successfully performed 100 surgeries using Synaptive’s robotic exoscope. Tam Anh General Hospital is currently the only medical institution in Vietnam using Synaptive’s exoscope for brain and spinal surgeries including: Supratentorial brain tumors, Infratentorial brain tumors, Intraventricular tumors, Midline brain tumors, Skull base brain tumors, Spinal canal tumors, and Intraventricular hemorrhage.

It was an absolute pleasure to support a recent cadaveric dissection course with the ENT department at the simulation center.

Guided by the expertise of Dr. Kevan Lu, ENT residents and fellows engaged in hands-on training of advanced skull base approaches, including pituitary gland access, cavernous sinus dissection, and translabyrinthine approaches to the internal auditory canal.

Using Modus X, trainees leveraged 4K 3D optics and advanced robotic visualization to refine their skills while benefiting from Professor Lu’s insightful commentary.
