A place where shared values take physical form

For many years, my work has centered on mental health, ADHD, and neurodiversity, supporting people through reflection, connection, and care. That commitment has not changed. What is changing is the form it takes and where my energy is now being directed.

I am excited to announce that I am part of a new project called Book Bar. Book Bar is a new chapter, and it represents a meaningful shift in my day to day work as an ADHD coach. Book Bar is a welcoming, in-person space rooted in awareness, community, and acceptance. It is an independent bookstore and bar where people gather around books, share conversations, and create meaningful interactions and experiences. At Book Bar, ideas can move off the page and into real connection, where curiosity is encouraged, differences are respected, and all minds belong.

While this is a new business and will be where much of my time and focus lives going forward, my commitment to ADHD and neurodiversity does not waver. This work remains deeply embedded in how Book Bar is imagined, curated, and held. The venue has changed, and the audience has broadened, but the values are the same.

This is not a coaching practice. It is a thoughtfully created space designed to honour mental health and neurodiversity in a more communal way, alongside my ongoing Board work and advocacy efforts.

Book Bar is a calm, inclusive place to slow down, listen, reflect, and feel connected. A third place for people who value meaningful conversation and gentle growth, without pressure or performance.
