Facial rejuvenation often includes several treatment modalities. This very strong and kind patient of mine is in her mid 60s. It was important to include both TRL and fractionated laser skin resurfacing to attain an optimal outcome. She also underwent deep plane face lift and deep neck lift surgery with submandibular gland contouring and micro fat grafting. She is photographed approximately 6 weeks following surgery. She feels more confident with the new cleaner harmony to her face and neck.
