This week, Cogniciti hosted a Brain Health Workshop with Hillsview Active Living Centre, promoting healthier brains, strong minds, and better life outcomes for older adults aged 55+ in the Acton community. The community members part-took in Cogniciti’s free, scientifically validated, and evidence-based Brain Health Assessment to evaluate their cognition and learned how to track their brain health progress with Cogniciti’s Smart Tracker Tool.

Cogniciti worked towards its mission of improving the quality of life of individuals living with dementia through educational outreach on dementia risk reduction and through offering free online screening and tracking tools.

We are grateful to the Slaight Family Foundation for the opportunity to work with communities all across the GTA and Golden Horseshoe area to promote Cogniciti’s vision of creating a world where every older adult enjoys a life of purpose, inspiration and fulfillment.
