One in three Canadians struggle with their mental health. You are not alone. If you are 40-75 years of age and think you may be depressed, you may be eligible to participate in Baycrest research and receive free, virtual cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) – the gold standard talk therapy for depression.

Participants will:
• Receive 12 weekly therapy sessions
• Attend two advanced brain imaging appointments at Baycrest
• Help advance critical brain health research

To be eligible, you must meet study criteria and not have a history of CBT and not currently be on medication for sleep or anxiety issues.
