Almost two years after rhinoplasty. The tip and nostrils were narrowed , the bridge was augmented with rib cartilage . Our goal here mostly to try and create definition and narrowing from the front view . In patients with very thick skin this accomplished by augmenting the underlying structure .

Proud to see our fellows .facialplastic present our research projects at the annual University of Toronto Percy Ireland research day. They did an amazing job. Hard to believe that their fellowship year is almost done. Along with it’s been a great honour to help train future leaders in our field .

Results before , four months and one year after closed rhinoplasty to reduce the bridge and lift and refine the tip. The main change that occurs from 4 months to one year is further tip refinement. Thanks so much to our amazing patient for sharing her results.
