It seems everything has ‘a day’ these days, doesn’t it 🙄?

But this is one I am very passionate about, for very good reason.

Mindfulness, practiced formally with meditation and/or taking moments of presence throughout your day, is key to leading a grounded and happy life.

After just a couple of weeks, you notice:
🧘‍♀️things don’t bother you quite so much
🧘🏽‍♂️when you’re in your head vs in reality
🧘🏽‍♀️you have more clarity
🧘🏻‍♂️you sleep better
… the list goes on. The more you practice, the more you strengthen your muscle of attention and the more profound the results become.

"I'm nothing, and yet, I'm all I can think about."

This is a typical mindset of someone who is depressed. I know, because I have been there. Those ruminating thoughts that circle around and around that become more and more believable with each circuit.

Practicing mindfulness truly helps by recognizing when you're caught up in your head and returning to the present moment - stopping those ruminating thoughts in their tracks.
