Youth (ages 13-24) who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts or previous attempts need a place to go where they will be accepted, have a sense of belonging, and know they are not alone. We want youth to feel empowered and loved through building relationships, sharing their stories of tragedy and triumph, mental health & su***de prevention education/trainings, youth leadership and experiential activities! Building RESILIENCE is key to living your best life!

Parents and the community will also benefit from having local emotional support systems, community activities and mental health trainings to help decrease the mental health stigma, become more educated in how to help themselves and others with mental health struggles and to know they are not alone.

Our Youth Leaders will help to create and sustain our holistic experiential activities that will bring out the individual strengths of each individual that include:

art & music exploration

storytelling

yoga & meditation

exercise and nutrition

animal assisted activities

group empowerment activities

gardening and earthing

spirituality

youth leadership

Mental health/wellness is just as important as physical health! Feeding our body/mind/spirit in a variety of ways allows for personal growth and exploration! HUMAN CONNECTION is vital for our survival. We need to learn how to give and receive love again in our communities and help one another. We will be collaborating with a variety of talented individuals and organizations that want to HELP BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION! Together - we can make a huge impact with the su***de epidemic and mental health stigma!
